LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEORGE E. THOMAS
I, GEORGE E. THOMAS currently of 1200 Gross Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and
all prior Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my2ecease as"
the same can conveniently be done. s,`
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, w seever 9 i r,
and wheresoever situate, I give, devise, and bequeath to my wife, LINDA A.THOMAS, to
her own use and benefit absolutely.
3.
In the event, however,that my said wife, LINDA A. THOMAS, should predecease
me or die at about the same time as I die, such as from an accident or disaster common to both
of us, I give, devise and bequeath my said Estate to be divided equally between my two (2)
now surviving children, KELLIE ANN HOFFMAN and ANGELA LYNN THOMAS.
In the event that my daughter, KELLIE ANN HOFFMAN, predeceases me, her share
herein shall go to her issue, per stiMes.
In the event that my daughter, ANGELA LYNN THOMAS, predeceases me, her
share herein shall go to her issue, per stir.
My grandchild, SHANNON RAE THOMAS, has been left out of this my Last Will
by design and not by accident.
4.
It is my intention that beneficiaries named before or after the date of this Will on my
life insurance, annuities, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), in Trust for or joint bank
accounts and any other assets for which I may designate beneficiaries will receive such
investments and that my Will provisions shall not control such investments.
5.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, LINDA A. THOMAS, to be the
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the ev hat she is unableo
act as Executrix, I appoint my daughter, ANGELA LYNN THOMAS, to be Executrix in her
place and stead. In the event that ANGELA LYNN THOMAS, is unable or unwilling to act
as Executrix, I appoint my daughter, KELLIE ANN HOFFMAN, to be Executrix in her
place and stead. I further direct that they shall not be required to file bond or other security in
the Office of the Register of Wills for the purpose of administering my Estate.
