RECEIPT, RELEASE AND REFUNDING AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned, PHYLLIS S.
MOWERY and THEODORE W. MOWERY, Trustees of The Unified Credit Trust created under the
Last Will and Testament of Harold F. Mowery, Jr. dated October 11, 2012(the "Trustees"), do hereby
acknowledge receipt from PHYLLIS S. MOWERY, Executrix under the Last Will and Testament of
Harold F. Mowery, Jr., of the assets described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, on account of and in
partial satisfaction of the bequest contained in Item 4 of Decedent's Will.
IN CONSIDERATION of said distribution, the undersigned Trustees do hereby
release, remise, quit claim and forever discharge the Executrix, her agents, heirs, personal
representatives, of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands
whatsoever for or by reason of said distribution.
AND the undersigned Trustees agree to return all or any portion of the above-described
distribution to the Executrix upon any written request by the Executrix.
It is the intention of the undersigned to be legally bound by this instrument.

1. Real Property situated at 18 Acres on Meadow Tr, Monaghan Township, York County,
Pennsylvania containing 18 acres more or less.
2. Charles Schwab Account 2660-5289 Fixed Income, Equities, Bond Fund, Other Assets and
Accrued Income as of 5/31/14 valued at $1,136,282.42, but expressly excluding the Money
Market Funds which will remain in the estate.
