MOTION OF LISA M. MORGAN
TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
AND NOW, comes Lisa M. Morgan ("Lisa"), co-executrix and co-trustee under the will
of Robert M. Mumma, files this Motion to Make Rule Absolute with regard to the Motion to
Quash Subpoena Served on and for Protective Order as to Discovery from Morgan, Lewis &
Bockius:
1. On or about June 13, 2014, Robert M. Mumma, II, served a subpoena on Morgan,
Lewis & Bockius.
2. On June 23, 2014, Lisa M. Morgan filed a Motion to Quash the subpoena of Mr.
Mumma, II, and for a Protective Order as to discovery from Morgan Lewis & Bockius.
3. J. Wesley Oler, Jr., Senior Judge, issued a Rule to Show Cause on June 30, 2014,
the rule returnable 15 days from the date of the Order.
4. To date, a response has not been filed to the Rule.
WHEREFORE, Lisa M. Morgan, prays Your Honorable Court to issue a Rule Absolute
and Protective Order regarding the subpoena requested discovery.
