and sets forth the following:
SPECIFICATIONS OF CLAIM
1. The name of the party claiming is Southampton Township, a municipality designated as a
Second Class Township under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and located
in the County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with registered address of
200 Airport Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257.
2. The name of the record owner of the property against which this claim is filed is John G.
Pharo (deceased).
3. The said John G. Pharo died on October 27, 2012.
4. On November 18, 2013, Letters Testamentary were granted in the Estate of John G. Pharo,
deceased,to Tammy M. Sprecher, Executrix to Estate File # 2013-01229 of the records of
the Register of Wills for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
5. The property against which this claim is filed is situate in Southampton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and is more fully described in the records of the'
Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County,Pennsylvania Instrument Number 201119112,
and further described as Tax Parcel No. 39-13-0102-021 of the records of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania. The property is known as 15 Hershey Road, Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania, 17257.
6. This claim for engineering expenses associated with Land Development Plan for said
property from February, 2013 through June, 2013 is filed under and by virtue of Section
902 of the Southampton Township, Cumberland County Subdivision and Land
Development Ordinance, and the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
