The name of the record owner of the property against which this claim is filed is John G. Pharo (deceased). 3. The said John G. Pharo died on October 27, 2012. 4. On November 18, 2013, Letters Testamentary were granted in the Estate of John G. Pharo, deceased,to Tammy M. Sprecher, Executrix to Estate File # 2013-01229 of the records of the Register of Wills for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 5.
