AND NOW comes St.John's Episcopal Church,Carlisle,Pennsylvania,("St.
John's) residuary beneficiary of the trust created pursuant to paragraph 19 of the Last
Will and Testament of Sarah McCrea Chapman Jones,by and through its counsel,
Stephen D.Tiley,Esquire,and files this Answer in opposition to the "Motion to Continue
Oral Argument" filed by the Objector,Henry L. Chapman,Guardian of Alfred McCrea
Chapman,as follows:
1 - 12. The Objector desires to continue the Oral argument because the Objector
continues to confuse the Trustee Account before Cumberland County Court for
confirmation with the Alfred McCrea Chapman power of attorney account for which
there are proceedings in Philadelphia. For the reasons set forth in St.John's Reply Brief
to the Objections,there is no relationship between the Paragraph 19"'Lodge Trust and the
Alfred POA Account. Therefore,there is no basis for continuing one for the other.
