TRANSFER OF SITUS
There is in existence a testamentary trust, the George Mason Legacy Trust
(hereinafter the "Trust") created under the Last Will and Testament of Urey W.
Alexander (the "Will") who died July l, 1998, and whose Will was duly offered for
probate in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on February 17,
1998. Testator's son, Buford C. Alexander, is designated as the Trustee and
beneficiary under Item IV of the Will with respect to income and principal for and
during his lifetime. Upon his death, he is granted a limited power of appointment
under Item V of the Will.
NOW THEREFOR, intending to be legally bound, Buford C. Alexander as sole
Trustee and qualified beneficiary under the Will, and pursuant to the authority and
power vested in him under Section 7708 of the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and
Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa.C.S. §7708, does hereby transfer the situs of the Trust to the
State of Texas where part of the trust administration now occurs, to be further
administered and distributed under the laws of the State of Texas in Dallas County,
Texas subject to the jurisdiction of the Probate Court of Dallas County with the
consent of all of the qualified beneficiaries of the Trust, said transfer to be effective
as of January 1, 2014.
