AMENDMENT TO AUDITOR'S REPORT M;
AND NOW, comes the undersigned auditor,who makes the following amendrfi@rt to the f
Auditor's Report submitted on the 29`x' day of August,20'14, for the purposes of correcting a
mathematical calculation to the final recommendation, as follows:
Recommendation No. 8 shall be changed to read as follows:
"8. The above adjustments result in a change in the "Combined Balance on Hand"
from$718,831.03 to $687,492.20. In order to account for the disparities in the
value of the personal property received by the respective parties,the auditor
recommends that from this remaining balance of$687,492.20, Ann E. LaPorte
shall receive the sum of$341,772.60 and Susan M. LaPorte shall receive the sum
of$345,719.60. Any additional interest that has accrued on the estate account
since the time of the filing of the First and Final Account shall be divided equally
between the two beneficiaries."
WHEREFORE,the undersigned auditor hereby respectfully submits this amendment to
his auditor's report for approval by the Court.
