ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 5th day of September, 2014, upon
consideration of the petition to transfer funds and invade
principal 'filed on May 7, 2014 , in the above-captioned
matter, and pursuant to an agreement reached between counsel
for the petitioner, in the person of Mark A. Mateyo,
Esquire, and counsel for Stephen William Richwine, Grace E.
D'Alo, Esquire, and following a proceeding at which certain
matters were placed of record, it is ordered and directed as
follows :
1 . The petition is granted at this point to the
extent that principal may be invaded in the amount of
$14 , 000 . 00 and transferred to Mateya Law Firm, P.C. , for the
purpose of paying Pennsylvania inheritance taxes; and
2 . The balance of the petition is taken under
advisement for purposes of facilitating discussions between
counsel, with a view toward arriving at an agreed-upon order
satisfactory to both; and
3 . A further hearing will be held at the request of
any interested parties in lieu of an agreement of counsel as
in�cated Pgretofore .
