Esquire, it appearing to the Court that an immediate appointment of an emergency temporary
guardian of the estate/person of Donald N. Zulli, Jr., is necessary and further the Court finds that
notice to the Alleged Incapacitated Person is not feasible in the circumstances for such
appointment, Donald N. Zulli, Sr., is appointed guardian of the estate/person of Donald N. Zulli,
Jr., pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. §5513. This Order expires on a y/
unless an extension is granted.
A hearing on the continuation of this appointment shall be held on 77G�J I a a0 i , in

Zulli, Jr., returnable at the hearing and a copy of this Order and Petition shall be served on
Donald N. Zulli, Jr.
