Before the court are the Objections of Henry L. Chapman, QOAidian o? C>

Alfred McCrea Chapman ("Objector") to the Supplement to the ThiM and Firg
Account of co-trustee Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company. Importantly,
this account concerns the trust ("Trust") created pursuant to paragraph 19 of the
Last Will and Testament of Sarah McCrea Chapman Jones. After briefing and
argument and a thorough review of the record, we find as follows:
1. Notwithstanding our order of March 4, 2014 adopting the Auditor's
Report docketed at No. 21-2013-0563 and the fervent protestations of
Objector, the appropriate venue for the Trust is and has always been
Cumberland County.
2. The sole residuary beneficiary and therefore the only party with
standing with respect to the Trust is St. John's Episcopal Church
("Church").
3. The substantive objections raised by Objector, to the extent that they
have substance, have been duly considered by the Church, which has

made the knowing and intelligent decision to disregard any alleged
indiscretions.'
Accordingly, the Objections are DENIED and the Supplement to the Third
and Final Account filed with regard to the Trust Under the Will of Sarah McCrea
Chapman Jones is CONFIRMED. We award no counsel fees.2
