AND NOW, this y p , , upon presentation and
consideration of the within Petition to Release Funds, it is hereby ORDERED and
DIRECTED that Orrstown Bank, the Trustee of the incapacitated person's funds, is
hereby authorized to release funds from those being held in the Trust for the ���
person in the amount of $1,718.41, payable to the Cumberland County Tax Claim
Bureau, and a11 future sums for real estate taxes due on the mobile home where the
incapacitated person resides from this date forward, as ]ong as the incapacitated person
continues to reside in that mobile home, together with attorneys fees in the amount of
$412.50 payable to Griffie and Associates P.C. far attorneys fees in this matter and any
costs ar fees incurred in the filing and processing of this Petition. IT IS FURTHER
ORDERED that Orrstown Bank, as Trustee, is authorized to receive real estate tax bills
for the mobile home directly at their preferred address in order to expedite payment of
said real estate tax bills when due, from this time forward as long as the incapacitated
