House ("Owner"), having a last known address of 160 Regal View, Carlisle, PA 17013, and that certain tract of land owned by Owner and described as follows: F Street and Franklin Street, Lot 21-22 Carlisle, PA 17013 Tax Property Map: 06-19-1643 Parcel No.: 039 for costs incurred by the Claimant in cutting and removing weeds and/or vegetation from the above tract of land. Said costs arose due to Owner allowing weeds and other vegetation to grow and remain on the above tract of land and said Owner's failure to remove same from the above tract of land contrary to the provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code, Chapter 3, Section 302 and 302.4, as adopted by Ordinance of the Borough of Carlisle after notice to LAW OFFICES Owner in accordance with the foregoing Code provisions. The kind and character of the services SNELBAKER& BRENNEPAAN. P.C. so rendered consisted of the reasonable costs for entry upon the premises, removal and disposal of weeds and vegetative growth and the use of equipment for cutting such growth and all labor associated with the foregoing, which costs total $204.49 and constitute an accurate accounting of the services rendered and the prices charged therefor, said amount being a true and correct statement of the Owner's account with the Claimant, which sum of$204.49 was duly assessed against the above Owner and premises beginning August 27, 2014, and which sum, together with interest and costs, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Code provisions noted above and/or the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act, May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. §§ 7101, et seQ., as supplemented and amended.
