RECEIPT AND RELEASE
The undersigned, being a beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of GEORGE H.
PORTERFIELD late of Pittsburgh, CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, who died on June 23
does hereby acknowledge receipt from Russell J.Porterfield,also a beneficiary under said Last Will
and Testament, and Executrix of same in proceedings in the Orphan's Court Division of the Court
of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,Pennsylvania, at No. 2013. -01015, of the Inventory and
of the Inheritance Tax Return filed by the Administrator in said Estate.
The undersigned does hereby approve same and waive the filing by the Administrator of
account and audit and decree of distribution by the Court, and consents to closing of said Estate on
the basis of said Inventory and Inheritance Tax Returns and informal accounting by the
Administrator.
The undersigned hereby acknowledges receipt from said Administrator of one-hundred
percent(100%)of the net distributable balance of the Probate Estate,being distributed to the Russell
J. Porterfield of the Estate of GEORGE H. PORTERFIELD.
The undersigned does hereby release and forever discharge Russell J.Porterfield,individually
and in his capacity as Administrator of the Estate of GEORGE H. PORTERFIELD, of all claims,
demands, actions or causes of action whatsoever arising out of the death of GEORGE H.
PORTERFIELD,the administration of the Estate,the distribution of the Estate, and the distribution
of the other assets.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound thereby,the undersigned has
hereunto set his hand and seal this /4441 day of�t 2014..

In consideration of the foregoing Receipt and Releases, Russell J. Porterfield,.individually
and as Administrator of the Estate of GEORGE H.PORTERFIELD does hereby release and forever
discharge the above heir of all claims,demands,actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out
of the death of GEORGE H. PORTERFIELD,' the administration of the Estate, the distribution of
the Estate and the distribution of the other assets.
