INHERITANCE TAX APPEAL
STIPULATION
AND NOW COME the parties by their respective counsel and agree and stipulate as
follows:
1. The parties agreed to a compromise which resulted in an Inheritance Tax
Record Adjustment, a copy of which is attached hereto and identified as
Exhibit"A."
2. As a result of the Record Adjustment and the Inheritance Tax Payments
previously made by the Estate, the Estate was entitled to a refund in the
sum of$48,455.96.
3. The Estate has applied for said Refund and has received the same via
check dated July 8,2014.
4. Upon execution by Counsel, a copy of this Stipulation will be filed in the
Office of the Register of Wills of and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and upon filing of this Stipulation, the Inheritance Tax
Appeal (pursuant to 72 Pa.C.S. §9186(a)(3))previously filed by the Estate
shall be settled and discontinued, with prejudice as to all parties.
