Sponaugle, deceased, late of 2380 Waterford, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
Ms. Sponaugle did not own any assets in her individual name at the time of her death, therefore,
no estate has been opened with your office. An original death certificate is enclosed for your
files. I am also enclosing a check in the amount of$1,955.28 as payment of the inheritance tax
and a second check in the amount of$15.00 as payment of the filing fee. Please time-stamp the
additional photocopy of the inheritance tax return and return it to our office in the enclosed
envelope.
