BETWEEN: LARRY D. BURKHOLDER, heir-at-law of the Estate of Mildred G. Foltz,
hereafter known as RELEASOR;
AND: LARRY D. BURKHOLDER, heir-at-law of the Estate of Mildred G. Foltz,
hereafter known as RELEASEE.
WHEREAS, Mildred G. Foltz, late of the Borough of Newville, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, died on November 18, 2013, testate; and
WHEREAS, the Releasor has had all questions, legal issues and concerns answered during the
course of the administration of this estate and has no present questions or concerns whatsoever;
and
WHEREAS, based on the above,the said Releasor now wishes to waive the filing of a formal First
and Final Account and Schedule of Distribution with the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that, in order to facilitate the closing
of the estate and to save the court fees and legal expenses which would be incurred by the filing of
a formal First and Final Account and Schedule of Distribution with the Orphans' Court Division
of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by the attorney for the
estate, and in consideration of the settlement of the estate by the Releasor, the undersigned
Releasor does hereby approve the settlement and does excuse Larry D. Burkholder, heir-at-law,
from any duty to file a formal First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule of Distribution with
the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,

or in any other jurisdiction; the undersigned does further release, remise, quitclaim and forever
discharge Larry D. Burkholder of and from all liabilities, suits, actions, claims and Demands for or
by reason of her administration of the Estate of Mildred G. Foltz.
