Amy N.Richardson,Administratrix of the Estate of Sherrita A.Richardson,deceased,hereby
declares under oath that she has fully and faithfully discharged the duties of his office; that the
foregoing First and Final Account is true and correct and fully discloses all significant transactions
occurring during the accounting period; that all known claims against the Estate have been paid in
full;that,to her knowledge,there are no claims outstanding against the Estate;that all taxes presently
due from the Estate have been paid; and that the grant of Letters of Administration and the first
complete advertisement thereof occurred more than four months before the filing of the foregoing
First and Final Account.

Amy N. Richardson, Decedent's daughter and Administratrix of the Estate of Sherrita A.
Richardson. acquired the real estate located at 121 Partridge Circle, North Middleton Township,
Pennsylvania, from the Estate, and, in return, immediately refinanced the real estate to obtain
sufficient funds to satisfy the note owed by the Estate and all other debts of the Estate that were liens
against the real estate. Though the Account shows a balance for distribution of$14,170.64, no
monies were actually distributed by the Estate as the monies are being held in Escrow by the title
company to ensure satisfaction of all Bens.
Decedent's daughter, Erica Richardson, disclaimed any interest she may have had in the
Estate of Sherrita A. Richardson. A copy of the Disclaimer is attached to this Account.

Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code (the"PEF Code"), and I hereby disclaim and renounce any
and all interest I may have in and to the Estate of Sheritta A.Richardson including, but not limited
to, any and all real estate owned by the Decedent to which I may be entitled to take by intestacy,or
otherwise, as well as any non-probate assets of the Decedent.
Inconsideration for my executing this Disclaimer,I understand that the Estate will indemnify
me and hold me harmless from any and all claims for taxes that might arise as a result thereof. I
further understand that this Disclaimer will be filed of record with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court
Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,as well as a copy of
this Disclaimer will be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, all as provided in Section 6204 of the PEF Code.
I fully understand that I am giving up certain rights in the Estate of Sheritta A. Richardson
and may consult with independent legal counsel prior to signing this Disclaimer.
