Please be advised that Attorney John Carpenter, the representative for the estate has
retired, and our attempts to communicate with the estate executor went unanswered; however,
his son David Nardi, grandson of Aurora Nardi, contacted our office on Friday September 5,
2014 and informed our office his father passed away last weekend.
I am requesting that you hold this matter in abeyance, until Mr. Daniel Nardi has time to
put his father's affairs in order, and set up a time to meet at our office. Please provide 60 days for
our office to update the court as to this estate status.
