The following is a statement of the claim: 1. The name of the Claimant is Ricker Construction, a sole proprietorship, with its principle office located at 6220 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17112 and it files this claim as contractor. a-�• �� Y l+ 2. The name and address of the Owner/Reputed Owner at the time of the furnishing of the labor, goods and materials and the attaching of the lien therefore is Sikh Society of Harrisburg, 1205 Windsor Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. 3. The Claimant contracted with Owner/Reputed Owner pursuant to a written contract to provide labor and materials for the sitework construction for a building on the property known as 1800 Good Hope Road, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. A true and correct copy of the aforesaid Contract is attached hereto at Exhibit "A." 4. The Claimant completed a portion of the work and billed Owner a total of $27,625 in accordance with the terms of the contract for work completed and to date has been paid a total of$19,166.44, leaving a principal balance due and owing in the amount of$8,458.56. 5. The amount or sum claimed to be due for the labor and materials is $8,458.56, plus interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the unpaid balance from the date of the completion of the work. 6. The Claimant commenced its work on or about July 9, 2014. 7. Claimant provided the labor and materials and performed its work in a good and workmanlike manner and completed the work for which it makes this claim on August 7, 2014. 8. This lien is claimed against the fee simple interest of the Owner in the aforesaid premises known as 1800 Good Hope Road, Enola, PA. A true and correct copy of the current deed is attached hereto at Exhibit `B." 9. All conditions precedent for the assertion of a mechanic's lien have occurred and/or have been performed. WHEREFORE, Claimant claims to have a lien upon the premises herein described in the amount of$8,458.56 plus interest at the rate of 6%per annum and costs. Respectfully submitted REAGER& A LER, P.C.
