I,JOHN A. CUNNINGHAM, SR. am the landlord for Gerald E. Smith, Sr., who resided at 33
Ponderosa Road, Carlisle, PA 17015.
Gerald E. Smith, Sr. died on Mach 2, 2014.
From June 1, 2014 through August 31, 2014 the Estate of Gerald E. Smith Sr.will owe me
$1,200.00 for rent.
Also, I have had to do the lawn care for the property at 333 Ponderosa Road, Carlisle, PA 17015
twice a week at the cost of$100.00 per week. 13 weeks @ $100.00 per week=$1,300.00.
