LOVETT, JR. ITEM V: I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, JOYCE ANNE LOVETT, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that she is unable or unwilling to serve in this capacity, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my granddaughter, LILLIAN BUELL, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
