DECREE
AND NOW, this 22"d day of September 2014, following a hearing and testimony
taken on September 19, 2014, this Court finds and decrees that Mary Catherine Stayer
Burns is PRESUMED to be DECEASED and further orders the following:
(a) Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company ("M&T Bank") file a final
account with the Register of Wills on or before October 24, 2014;
(b) M&T Bank distribute Mary Catherine Stayer Burns' share under the Trust
Agreement executed by Morrison Clay Stayer and dated July 20, 1967, to
her children, being Amy Burns, Jenny Burns, Patrick Burns, and Timothy
Burns (the "Distributees"), equally;
(c) Each Distributee, except as otherwise set forth herein, shall be required to
execute and file with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court a refunding bond in
the amount of fifty percent (50%) of their share within thirty (30) days of
distribution of their share by M&T Bank;
(d) Upon confirmation of the final account, M&T Bank shall provide each

Distributee with a Receipt, Release and Refunding Agreement; and
(e) The execution and filing of a refunding bond shall not be required for any
Distributee who executes a Receipt, Release and Refunding Agreement
and returns the same to M&T Bank within thirty (30) days of distribution of
their share under the Trust Agreement.
