RECEIPT and RELEASE
AND NOW, on this 9t" day of September, 2014, I, NANCY LEE RAEUCHLE, of
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the sole heir of the ESTATE OF RANDAL R. RAEUCHLE, do
hereby acknowledge that I have this day received from THOMAS D. BENTZ, the Executor of
said Estate, the final distribution of my share of the net assets of the Estate in the form of a
Deed of the 1050 N. Mountain Road property in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania;that I have been made aware of the disposition of all assets and have found it true
and correct, and I accept such disclosures as true, valid, and correct, and in lieu of a formal
adjudication; that I am satisfied that the total distributions to me were complete, accurate, and
correct and solely in my interest; and,therefore, I do hereby release, quit-claim, and forever
discharge said Executor individually and as a representative of the Estate, and Albert J. Hajjar,
the Attorney for the Estate, of and from any liability or actions pertaining to the Estate.
