MOTION TO MAKE ORDER ABSOLUTE
AND NOW, this��day of September, 2014, comes Mooney and Associates, by
Shawn M. Stottlemyer, Esquire, and files this Motion to Make Order Absolute,whereof the
following is a statement, to wit:
1. Petitioner is Shawn M. Stottlemyer, Esquire, counsel of record for The Estate
of Cheri E. Keiter, Deceased.
2. Respondent is The Estate of Cheri E. Keiter, Deceased.
3. On or about May 23, 2014, Petitioner filed a Motion to Withdraw As Counsel.
4. An Order was issued on June 2, 2014 granting fifteen days for an objection to
the withdrawal to be filed and was signed by this Honorable Court on June 2, 2014.
5. Respondent has not filed an answer or objection to said Motion.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests the Order issued on June 2, 2014, be
made absolute granting the relief requested permitting Shawn M. Stottlemyer, Esquire to
withdraw as counsel for The Estate of Cheri E. Keiter, Deceased, in the above-listed matter.
