LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, PAULINE M. HEPFORD, of 210 Second Street, Summerdale,
County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish, and
declare this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, revoking any and
all prior wills and codicils, in manner following, that is to
say,
FIRST, that I direct that my Personal Representative shall
pay all of my lust debts and funeral expenses as soon as this
shall be practicable.
SECOND, that upon my death, I give and bequeath my tangible
personal property to be divided in an equal a manner as possible
among my children, DONNA M. REAM, LANA L. BUTLER, and MARSHA A.
RHEAM.
THIRD, that I direct that the rest, residue and remainder of
my Estate shall be reduced to cash and the proceeds are to be
divided into eight (08) equal shares. I give and bequeath one
(01) share to each of my children, and I give and bequeath one
(01) share to each of my grandchildren: SONJA L. COMEGNA,
REBECCA A. BUTLER, JOHN P. BUTLER, AIMEE A. BUTLER, and BRIDGET
A. RHEAM.
FOURTH, that I direct that the share of any beneficiary who
has not yet attained the age of eighteen (18) years shall be held
in trust for him or her until his or her eighteenth (18th)
birthday. I hereby appoint PNC Bank as the Trustee. I waive any
requirement to post bond.
FIFTH, that I hereby appoint PNC Bank as the Executor of my
estate. I direct that my Personal Representative shall not be
required to post bond in this or in any other jurisdiction.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, PAULINE M. HEPFORD, of 210 Second Street, Summerdale,
County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish, and
declare this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, revoking any and
all prior wills and codicils, in manner following, that is to
say,
FIRST, that I direct that my Personal Representative shall
pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as this
shall be practicable.
SECOND, that upon my death, I give and bequeath my tangible
personal property to be divided in an equal a manner as possible
among my children, DONNA M. REAM, LANA L. BUTLER, and MARSHA A.
RHEAM.
THIRD, that I direct that the rest, residue and remainder of
