At the present time I have three (3) children as aforementioned. 4. In determining the assets of my estate and the share for distribution to each of my children, I direct my Executor to refer to the account records I have concerning any loans that may be outstanding and owed by one or more of my children to me. Said balance owed shall be treated as an asset of the estate distributed in kind to that child as forgiveness of the indebtedness, which distribution shall be a partial distribution made to that child on account of the share distributable to that child pursuant to paragraph number three above. 5. 1 hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, RACHEL REPLOGLE as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, but should she predecease me or fail to qualify as such, I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, RUTH PALMER as alternate or successor Executrix, and I further direct that neither of them shall be required to post any bond to secure the faithful performance of her duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
