LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
DEVOE A. GREEN
I, Devoe A. Green, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last Will and
Testament and revoke all Wills and Codicils previously made by
me.
ITEM I: I direct that my legally enforceable debts and
funeral expenses, together with the expenses of the
administration of my estate, including any state, federal or
other death taxes payable because of my death, shall be paid from
my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease, as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
ITEM II:
I devise and bequeath each of the following
individuals, who shall survive me, three (3%) percent of my
Estate:
A. My granddaughter, Robbyn M, (Green) Metz;
B. My grandson, Robert W. Green,
ITEM III: I devise and bequeath each of the following
individuals, who shall survive me, one and one-half (1 1/2%)
percent of my Estate:
A. My great-grandson, Nathan Green-Calaman;
B. My great-grandson, Nicholas Columbus;
C. My great-granddaughter, Nicholle Lisse;

F. My step-great grandson, Sean Potteiger

J. My neighbor and friend, Ray Bricker.
ITEM IV: I devise the rest, residue and remainder of my
Estate of every nature and wherever situate in equal shares unto
my two sons, Devoe W. Green and Robert L. Green, absolutely.
ITEM V:
I appoint my sons, Devoe W. Green and Robert L.
Green, guardians of any property which passes to a minor. The
principal of such share shall be deposited in an interest bearing
account, all income thereon accumulated, and the principal and
all accumulated income thereon delivered to the beneficiary upon
attaining the age of eighteen (18).
ITEM VI: I appoint my sons, Devoe W. Green and Robert L.
Green, Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
ITEM VII:
I direct that my personal representatives, as
well as their successors, shall not be required to give bond for
the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal,

pages, each identified by the signature of the Testator, was on
the date thereof, signed, published and declared by Devoe A.
Green, the Testator therein named, as and for his last Will, in
the presence of us, who, at his request, in his presence and in
the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as
witnesses hereto.

Baranski, Jr., the Testator and the witnesses, respectively,
whose names are signed to the foregoing instrument, being first
duly sworn, do hereby declare to the undersigned authority that
the Testator signed and executed the instrument as his last Will
and that he had signed willingly, and that he executed it as his
free and voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed, and
that each of the witnesses, in the presence and hearing of the
Testator, signed the Will as witness and that to the best of
his/her knowledge the Testator was at that time eighteen years of
age or older, of sound mind and under no constraint or undue
influence.

. URAR: Sales Comparison Approach Cont'd:
Comparable Number 1 was used because it is so similar to the subject and located within the same marketing area.
The Date of Salemme adjustment was made based on the appreciation rate calculated by the Central Penn
Mull-List. The gross living area on comparable number 1 is less due to the upper level of the comparable not being
finished. Estimated indicated value can also be determined by using the Gross Adjustment of sale price for each
comparable (comp) as a measure of relative quality of the compo A lower adjustment indicates a better comp, and
vice versa. The ratio of gross dollar adjustment to sale price for each of the comps is used to calculate the weight
each comp should have in a weighted calculation. This weighted calculation is used to also indicate the estimated
value of the subject. As with any method this technique is not perfect. However it does do a very good job of
giving more weight to the most similar comps while at the same time minimizing values near the extremes of the
indicated value range. The estimated weighted value is: $ 107,500.00.

DEVOE A. GREEN
I, Devoe A. Green, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last Will and
Testament and revoke all Wills and Codicils previously made by
me.
ITEM I: I direct that my legally enforceable debts and
funeral expenses, together with the expenses of the
administration of my estate, including any state, federal or
other death taxes payable because of my death, shall be paid from
my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease, as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
ITEM II: I devise and bequeath each of the following
individuals, who shall survive me, three (3%) percent of my
Estate:
A. My granddaughter, Robbyn M. (Green) Metz;
B. My grandson, Robert W. Green.
ITEM III: I devise and bequeath each of the following
individuals, who shall survive me, one and one-half (1 1/2%)
percent of my Estate:
A. My great-grandson, Nathan Green-Calaman;
B. My great-grandson, Nicholas Columbus;
C. My great-granddaughter, Nicholle Lisse;

ITEM IV: I devise the rest, residue and remainder of my
Estate of every nature and wherever situate in equal shares unto
my two sons, Devoe W. Green and Robert L. Green, absolutely.
ITEM V: I appoint my sons, Devoe W. Green and Robert L.
Green, guardians of any property which passes to a minor. The
principal of such share shall be deposited in an interest bearing
account, all income thereon accumulated, and the principal and
all accumulated income thereon delivered to the beneficiary upon
attaining the age of eighteen (18).
ITEM VI: I appoint my sons, Devoe W. Green and Robert L.
Green, Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
ITEM VII: I direct that my personal representatives, as
well as their successors, shall not be required to give bond for
the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.

AND NOW, this ~~ day of April, 2003, it appearing that the
First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution of
Devoe W. Green and Robert L. Green, co-Executors of the Estate of
Devoe A. Green, a/k/a/ D.A. Green, late of 1022 North College
Street, Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
having filed and advertised in accordance with law and Rules of
Court and the same having been confirmed by the Orphans' Court of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on April 22, 2003, and it
appearing that the said co-Executors, Devoe W. Green and Robert L.
Green, in their Statement of Proposed Distribution claim the
distribution of the real estate situate at 1022 North College
Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in kind, to
Robert L. Green, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the
hereinafter described real estate is awarded to Robert L. Green,
heir under the Will of Devoe A. Green, his heirs and assigns:

ALL THOSE TWO CERTAIN lots of ground, together with the
improvements thereon erected, situate in the Fifth Ward of the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
On the east by North College Street; on the south by Lot
No.5, Block 34, in the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; on the
west by an alley; and on the north by Lot No.2, Block 34, in the
hereinafter mentioned plan of lots. Having a frontage of 50 feet
on North college Street and extending in depth 200 feet to the
alley on the west. Being Lot Nos. 3 and 4 in Block 34 of the Plan
of Lots of Carlisle Land and Improvement company as recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in
Miscellaneous Book 11, Page 572.
Having thereon erected a one and one-half story dwelling house
known and numbered as 1022 North College Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Edgar L. Myers and Grace M.
Myers, his wife, by their deed dated June 7, 1951 and recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in
Deed Book "Q", Vol. 14, Page 471, granted and conveyed unto D.A.
Green, also known as Devoe A. Green, and Ida E. Green, his wife.
The said Ida E. Green died June 23, 1982 vesting title in fee
simple in Devoe A. Green.
The Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania is
directed to record this Decree among the Deeds in his official
capacity and to index the same in the Grantor index against
Devoe W. Green and Robert L. Green, co-Executors of the Estate of
Devoe A. Green, a/k/a D.A. Green and in the Grantee index to
Robert L. Green, heir under the Will of Devoe A. Green, in
accordance with the pennsylvania Probate, Estates & Fiduciaries
Code of 1972, as amended, Sections 3534-3536.
