STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Darrell J. Davis & Michelle C. Davis, the OWNERS of the real estate
described below, has or is about to execute contract with Weaver Builders, whose
principal place of business is located at 1030 Stouchsburg Road, Richland, PA 17087,
to remodel and bring to code a Single-Family Home at 2324 Lincoln Street, Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more particularly bounded and described on
Exhibit"A", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
NOW, THEREFORE, this X1 day of L * _, 2014,. before any authority
had been given by Darrell J. Davis and Miclielle C. Davis to Weaver Builders to
commence work on said site, or purchase materials for same, in consideration of making
of the above described Contract with Darrell J. Davis and Michelle C. Davis. and in
further consideration of {$191,700.00} paid to the Contractor by Darrell J. Davis and
Michelle C. Davis, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed that no
mechanics liens or claims sball be filed or maintained against the Owners facilities and
the land above described, or upon Darrell J. Davis and Michelle C. Davis, the Owners,
by the Contractor or by any of the materialmen or workmen, or any other person acting
through or under them, for or on account of any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for, towards, in or about the erection, construction, design
and improvement of said facilities, under said contract or otherwise, the right to have, file
and maintain such liens or claims against the facility, the land above described, and
Darrell J. Davis and Michelle C. Davis, the Owners being hereby expressly waived by
the Contractor for itself, its Contractors, all materialmen, or workmen and others acting
through or under them.

LEGAL EXHIBIT A—
ALL THOSE CERTAIN tracts or parcels of land situate in the Borough of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows,to wit:
TRACT NO l:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lincoln Street and Low Avenue; THENCE Eastwardly
along the Northern side of Lincoln Street, 55 feet more or less to a point; THENCE North.wardly
on a line parallel with Low Avenue, 107 feet more or less to line of property now or formerly of
H.E. Eaves; THENCE Westwardly along the property now or formerly of H.E. Eaves to the
Eastern side of Low Avenue; THENCE Southwardly along the East side of Low Avenue, 93.8
feet more or less to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
TRACT NO 2:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern side of Lincoln Street, 55 feet East of the Northeast
corner of Lincoln Street and Low Avenue at the corner of lands now or formerly of G. Harold
Grabe, et ux; THENCE eastwardly along the northern side of Lincoln Street, 55 feet to a point;
THENCE northwardly at right angles to Lincoln Street 120.5 feet, more or less, to line or
property now or late of the H.E. Eaves Estate; THENCE Westwardly along the line of property
now or late of the H.E. Eaves Estate to the Northeast corner of lands now or formerly of G.
Harold Grave, et ux; THENCE Southwardly along the lands now or formerly of G. Harold
Grabe, et ux, 107 feet, more or less, to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING the eastern 33.45 feet of Lot No. 36 and the western 21.55 feet of Lot No. 35, in the Plan
of Lots known as Hamilton Place, said Plan being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 1, Page 19.
