Davis, the OWNERS of the real estate described below, has or is about to execute contract with Weaver Builders, whose principal place of business is located at 1030 Stouchsburg Road, Richland, PA 17087, to remodel and bring to code a Single-Family Home at 2324 Lincoln Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit"A", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and NOW, THEREFORE, this X1 day of L * _, 2014,. before any authority had been given by Darrell J. Davis and Miclielle C. Davis to Weaver Builders to commence work on said site, or purchase materials for same, in consideration of making of the above described Contract with Darrell J. Davis and Michelle C. Davis. and in further consideration of {$191,700.00} paid to the Contractor by Darrell J. Davis and Michelle C. Davis, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed that no mechanics liens or claims sball be filed or maintained against the Owners facilities and the land above described, or upon Darrell J. Davis and Michelle C. Davis, the Owners, by the Contractor or by any of the materialmen or workmen, or any other person acting through or under them, for or on account of any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for, towards, in or about the erection, construction, design and improvement of said facilities, under said contract or otherwise, the right to have, file and maintain such liens or claims against the facility, the land above described, and Darrell J. Davis and Michelle C.
