I, MARLIESE LY LUKK, aka LEHTMETS LUKK, a resident of Cumberland County, State of
Pennsylvania, and of sound mind, declare that this is my will.
FIRST: I revoke all Wills and Codicils and Testamentary Dispositions that I have previously made.
SECOND: I am married to HARRY HERBERT LUKK, (born August 17.1928), and
all references in this will to "my husband" are to him. My previous spouse was HEINO SUSI,
(deceased October 3 1987).
THIRD: I have three children from my first marriage, now living
AITA KAI PASSMORE, born May 6, 1958
ANDRES MATTI SUSI, born April 8, 1962
MARGUS REIN SUSI, born December 8, 1964
FOURTH: I order and direct the prompt burial of my mortal remains, without embalming, in The
Metsakalmistu, Tallinn, Estonia.
FIFTH: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, as soon as may be convenient after my death,
to pay, satisfy and discharge all of my just and lawful debts, the expenses of my last illness, if
incurred, and my funeral and burial expenses.
SIXTH: I give the residue and remainder of my Estate as follows:
1. If my husband survives me by 30 days I give the entire residue and remainder of my
Estarte to him.
2. If my husband does not survive me by 30 days, I give the entire residue and remainder
of my Estate to my children who survive me for that period, one equal part or share unto each of
my children who shall be living at the time of my death.

SEVENTH: I nominate my husband, HARRY H.LUKK as Executor of this will. If said nominee shall
fail to quality or cease to act as such, I nominate first ANDRES M. SUSI, and in case he shall fail
to qualify then MARGUS R. SUSI as Executor and Trustee. I direct that my Executor and Trustee
shall not be required to furnish security or bond in any jurisdiction.
EIGHTH: I authorize my Executor to sell, with or without notice, at either public or private sale,
and to lease any property belonging to my Estate, subject only to such confirmation of court as
may be required by law.
NINTH: I authorize my Executor to file a joint income tax return for my husband and myself and to
pay all of such portion of any taxes due thereon as my Executor shall deem proper.
TENTH: Upon any division or partial or final distribution of my Estate, I authorize my Executor
to partition, allot and distribute said Estate in kind, or partly in money and partly in kind, at valua-
tions determined by the Executor, and to sell such property as the Executor may deem necessary
to make a division or distribution.
