DIVORCE DECREE
AND NOW, this !day of May, 1983, a Complaint having
been filed requesting a Divorce on the ground of
irretrievable breakdown and each party having filed an
affidavit under Section 201(c) of the Divorce Code ,
evidencing consent to the entry of a final decree, the
Court, on motion of the Plaintiff, Edward L. Crater, having
reviewed the Complaint and affidavits, hereby decrees that
Edward L. Crater, Plaintiff, and Susan W. Crater, Defendant,
be, and are hereby divorced from the bonds of martimony and
all the duties, rights and claims accruing to either of the
said parties at any time heretofore, in pursuance of said
marriage, shall henceforth cease and determine, and the said
parties shall severally be at liberty to marry again in like
manner as if th+�•r had never been married.
