MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE
AND NOW, comes Richard Godfrey by and through his attorney, Mark F. Bayley, and in
support of the within motion avers as follows:
1. The Honorable Thomas A. Placey is assigned to the within matter.
2. A hearing is currently scheduled for October 1, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in relation to the
Movant's Petition to Compel Inventory and Accounting.
3. Tricia D. Naylor, Esq., represents the Estate's Administrator.
3. Counsel for the parties plan to meet to discuss a comprehensive settlement at said
time.
4. Counsel for the parties are in agreement to continue the hearing to the call of
either party.
5. The parties agree that in the meantime provisions set forth in paragraph 2 of the
June 9, 2014 Order shall remain in full force.
6. The parties agree to the entry of the attached Order.

makes this affidavit as attorney because he has sufficient knowledge or information and belief,
based upon his investigation of the matters averred or denied in the foregoing document; and that
