NON-SERVED the Petition-to Adjudicate an Incapacitated Person and to Appoint a Plenary Guardian of her
person 8 estate, Letter, Order of Court, Notice for the reason that I failed to find Jo Ann Seker or any
information to allow further search. Read the comments below for further details.
Additional Information pertaining to this Service:
9/23/2014 10:35 am Server attempted service of said documents listed in this affidavit. I was greeted at the door
by a female approximately 50 years of age, who refused me access to subject to be served. She informed me that
her name was Diedre, was aware of the petition and that subject (said person to be served Jo Ann Seker)was not
present and would not be present at the reisdence. She further directed me to contact Attorney Thomas Weber of
Goldberg Katzman who would be representing Jo Ann Seker in this matter.
I certify that I am over the age of 18, have no interest in the above action, and am a Certified Process Server, in
good standing, in the judicial circuit in which the process was served.
