PROPOSED ORDER BY STIPULATION OF COUNSEL IN THE 11�ATTE'� � +�
OF INVADING THE PRINCIPAL HELD FOR STEVEN WILLIAI�RICHW�E U' �
Now comes petitioner, Steven William Richwine, by and through his counsel, Grace
D'Alo, and in agreement and cooperation with Mateya Law Firm, P.C., Mark A. Mateya, Esq.,
representing Timothy Brandt, as the executor of the estate of Kenneth W. Richwine and as the
guardian of the person of Steven William Richwine and avers the following:
1. A hearing was held in front of Judge Oler, specially appointed Judge in the above
referenced matter,on September 5,2014. A request to invade the principal of the assets
held by Wilmington Trust as Guardian of the estate of Steven W. Richwine in order to
pay taxes, bills and fees of the estate of Kenneth W. Richwine.
2. An Order was issued on September 5, 2014,partially granting the petition and taking
the balance of the petition under advisement. See Exhibit A.
3. Counsel for Steven Richwine, Grace D'Alo and Counsel for Timothy Brandt as both
the executor of the estate of Kenneth W.Richwine and as the Guardian of the person of
Steven W. Richwine, met on Thursday, September l lth, and discussed the issues and
finances in the matter of Steven W. Richwine and the estate of Kenneth W. Richwine.
4. The result of those discussions was the following proposed Order,to be presented to
Judge Oler.

It is hereby Ordered that Wilmington Trust as guardian of the estate of Steven W.
Richwine be directed to make distribution to Mateya Law Firm,P.C., in the amount of
$27,025.00 ($8,000 of which is for legal fees for the administration of the estate of
Kenneth W. Richwine, $15,000 of which is for the executor's fee for the estate of
Kenneth W. Richwine, and $4,025 for the work in the Guardianship of Steven W.
Richwine). These funds shall be distributed by Mateya Law Firm, P.C., in accordance
with the amounts set forth in this Order, above. It is further Ordered that Wilmington
Trust,as guardian of the estate of Steven W. Richwine,be directed to make distribution
to Timothy Brandt in the amount of$200.00 per month to supplement Steven W.
Richwine's income,beginning on the first day of the month following the entry of this
Order.
