AND NOW, this day of a04-1564. , 2014, upon
consideration of the within Petition To Approve the Termination of The Lorraine Brigham
Irrevocable Trust Dated December 16, 2008, and Amended on March 12, 2014, pursuant to 20
Pa. C.S.A. §7740.1, the Court having found that the Settlor/Grantor, the Trustee and all named
beneficiaries have knowingly and voluntarily consented to the termination of the aforementioned
trust and to the distribution of all trust assets to the Settlor/Grantor,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that The Lorraine Brigham Irrevocable
Trust Dated December 16, 2008, and Amended on March 12, 2014, is terminated and the
Trustee, Daniel D. Brigham, is hereby directed to distribute the principal and accumulated
income of said Trust to Lorraine Brigham as soon as practicable.
