RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that Franklin Presbyterian Church,
hereinafter referred to as "the Church," does hereby acknowledge that it has this date rcceAved
from William A. Rexrode, Jr., Executor of the Estate of Winifred Whorley Rexrode, its full
bequest in the amount of$25,000.00. y,
The Church releases and forever discharges the said William A. Rexrode, Jr.,individually
and as Executor of the Estate of Winifred Whorley Rexrode, his heirs, executors, and
administrators, of and from all actions, duties, claims and demands whatsoever from the
beginning of the world to the date of these presents.
And the Church does hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania,may discharge the said William A. Rexrode, Jr. upon application and
without further notice to the Church.
