RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that 1, Joseph G. Callaway, on behalf of my
daughter,Nicole Callaway, do hereby acknowledge that I have this date received from Lori G.
Beneyton, Executrix of the Estate of Warren J. Callaway, the sum of$33,748.80 which
represents Nicole's full share of the Estate of Warren,J. Callaway.
I therefore release and forever discharge the said Lori G. Beneyton, individually and as
Executrix of the Estate of Warren J. Callaway, her heirs, executors, and administrators, of and
from all actions, duties, claims and demands whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the
date of these presents.
And I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County,.
Pennsylvania, may discharge the said Lori G. Beneyton upon application and without further
notice to me.
