Life Insurance products #0005407170 and#0005581240 and,that upon receipt thereof, after
deductions for filing fees and reasonable attorneys' fees and costs related to the filing of the
Petition and securing of this Order, she is directed to deposit the net proceeds in tuition
assistance program PA 529 Guaranteed Savings Plan account number 554500708-01.
