AND NOW, this 8th day of October 2014, upon consideration of the Petition
Under Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code for Settlement of
Small Estate, the PETITION is GRANTED.
It is ORDERED that Sherry Jean Ward is to act as Fiduciary for the Estate of
Dorothy J. Ward, and close the decedent's Metro Bank and Wells Fargo Bank accounts,
with the proceeds made payable to The Estate of Dorothy J. Ward pursuant to §3102 of
the Probate Estates and Fiduciaries code.
