LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FLORENCE Eo COMP I, FLORENCE Eo COMP, widow, of Monroe Township (mailing address: 187 Ridge Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1 . I direct my hereinafter named Executrix or Executor to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so, including all inheritance and estate taxes payable on account of my death, together with interest and penalties thereon, regardless of whether the assets upon which such taxes are based are part of my probate estate. I further direct that my funeral services be conducted by Ewing Brothers Funeral Home of 630 South Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in accordance with arrangements which I have made there, and that my body be interred on my burial lot beside that of my husband in the Memorial Garden Section of Westminster Cemetery in North Middleton Township near the Borough of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. I bring. to the attention of my Executor that the existing grave marker at that lot will need to have the year of my death set forth thereon. 2. I give, devise and bequeath all of my clothing and articles of personal use and adornment to be retained or disposed of by the following four (4) persons as they may determine, they being my friend, Fred Barrick, of 2157 Newville Road, Carlisle, PA. 17013, my neighbor, Christine Singer, of 860 Ridge Road, Carlisle, P A. 17013, my niece, Carol Whitmoyer, of 6 South Water Street, P. O. Box 28, Franklintown, PA. 17323, and my niece, Nancy Richwine, of 765 Baltimore Pike, Gardners, P A. 17324. 3. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I direct shall be divided into eight (8) each equal shares which I give, devise and bequeath to the following persons, and their respective successors, heirs, and assigns: a. Two (2) shares to Newville Assembly of God Church, 403 Oak Flat Road, P. O. Box 85, Newville, PA. 17241, to be used for such purpose or purposes as the Trustees of said Church shall deem best. b. Two (2) shares to my friend, Fred Barrick, of 2157 Newville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013, provided he shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, but should he fail to so survive me then the same shall lapse and be added proportionately to the other shares, per stirpes; c. Four (4) shares shall be divided equally among the four children of my deceased sister, Ardella Raudabaugh, provided each of them shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, but should any of them fail to so survive me then the share such deceased person would have received shall pass to such of his or her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, per stirpes, except in regard to the issue of Gary Raudabaugh and in the event he should fail to survive me by a period of ninety (90) days the amount which he would have received shall pass to the children born to him by his second wife, Doris Raudabaugh, and if there be no such issue then the same shall lapse and be added to the shares of the other children of Ardella Raudabaugh, per stirpes, her four children being: Gary Raudabaugh of 44 Walmar Manor, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania 17019; Ronald Raudabaugh of 7 Hummel Avenue, Apartment 1, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011; Carol Whitmoyer, of 6 South Water Street, P. O. Box 28, Franklintown, Pennsylvania 17323; and Nancy Richwine of 765 Baltimore Pike, Gm'dners, Pennsylvania 17324; 4. I have made no provision herein for any of my brothers or sisters, not because of any want of affection for them, but because all of them have either predeceased me or have sufficient resources to maintain the standards of living to which they are accustomed. 5. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Keystone Financial Bank and its successors, One West High Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as Executor.
