Deeds inand for aforesaid county; and

improvement, to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of

man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said
parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.

All that certain lot or tract of ground situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, PA, and known as Lot 7 on a plan for Foxwood Estates, plan recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County to Plan Book
201319426, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Mulberry Drive at a point;
thence along said right-of-way N48-28-21E a distance of 194.43' to a point; thence
