Petition o�Sherry L.Anderson and Carol J. Snyder,it is hereby ORDERED and DE ration of the
SHERRY L. ANDERSON and CAROL J. SNYDER be appointed Guazdian of theREsDte of
KACY L. ANDERSON, a Minor.
In lieu of the entry of security,the Guardians are authorized and directed to invest the funds
belonging to the above-named Minor as follows:
1. To purchase one or more Savings Certificates that total the sum of$67,026.63, for the
Minor,from BELCO COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION,in their names as Guardians
of the Estate of the above-named Minor, to be marked as hereinafter directed.
2. To deposit the remaining balance of the bequest, $4,685.85, in a Savings Account at
BELCO COMMUNII'I'CREDIT UNION,in their names as Guardians of the Estate
' of the above-named Minor, to be marked as hereinafter directed.
Each Savings Certificate purchased pursuant to paragraph#1 shall be marked as to Kacy L.
Anderson: "NOT TO BE REDEEMED PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 7, 2021, EXCEPT UPON
ACTION THROUGH THIS COURT".
On or after September 7, 2021,when Kacy L.Anderson attains the age of 18 years,and upon
her request, the balance of her estate accounts shall be distributed to her.
If no withdrawals (other than as detailed above) are made from the investments authorized by
this Decree, the Belco Federal Credit Union may pay over investments as provided when the Minor
attains the age of 18 years on the date set forth immediately hereinbefore, upon the order of the
Guardians and the Minor,without further Order of Court.
The Guardians are directed to file an inventory within ninety (90) days of the date of this
Decree, i�ccordance with the provisions of 20 PA C.S. 5142.
