Petitioner has resided continuously at the above address during he five (5) years preceding the filing of this Petition down to and including the date t ereof. 3. There are no judgments or decrees of like character of record a ainst the Petitioner. 4. Petitioner requests that his name be changed from Edgar Sylves er Miller to Edward Seth Miller. 6. The reasons for the requested change of name are the following. (a) Personal dislike of the name; and (b) Petitioner's desire to have a Christian name.
