Please note that this estate was opened for litigation purposes only in a personal injury matter. The case has been settled and I attach a copy of the Order for settlement which was approved by Cumberland County Court. I attach this so that the file can be closed. Please note that all funds from settlement went through the wrongful death and nothing went through the estate requiring no administration.
