Walden, through his counsel, Robert Van Horn, Esquire, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the documents, dated April 14, 2003, January 16, 2007, August 17, 2010, and August 17, 2012, are admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Bulota. Letters Testamentary shall be granted to Stephen N. Walden upon proper filing of a Petition for Grant of Letters. Stephen N. Walden shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law. isa M.
