AND NOW, this 17th day of October, 2014, after hearing testimony on the
Petition to Probate Photocopy of the Last Will and Testament of James W. Carmody
and for Grant of Letters filed by Michael J. Carmody and Mark A. Carmody , IT IS
HEREBY DECREED that the document, dated September 16, 2002, is admitted to
probate as the Last Will and Testament of James W. Carmody. Letters Testamentary
shall be granted to Michael J. Carmody and Mark A. Carmody upon proper filing of a
Petition for Grant of Letters.
Michael J. Carmody and Mark A. Carmody shall have all the rights and duties of
fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of
this estate according to law.
