LAST WILL AND TESTAMEN
I, Dorothy M. Singiser, of 133 'A,Vefnue, '
Shippensburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby declare this to
be my will, hereby revoking any and all former wills and codicils
thereto by me heretofore made
I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses,
including all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my
estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate.
• II.
I give and bequeath my automobiles, household and personal
effects and other tangible personalty of like nature (not including
cash or securities) together with any existing insurance thereon to
my children, Richard M. Singiser and Pamela J. Roberts, if they
survive me by thirty days, to be divided among them by my executor
with due regard for their personal preferences in as nearly equal
shares as practical . Any such article allotted to a minor may as.
my executor thinks advisable either be delivered to the minor or
any person to hold for the minor, or be sold and the proceeds paid
to the trustee for the minor as established in the hereinafter
referred to revocable trust agreement .
III.
I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate to the Orrstown Bank, Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania, to be added to and thereafter treated as a part of
that certain revocable funded trust agreement created by me on July
15, 1996, with amendment dated T
2010, of which

Orrstown Bank is trustee, to have and to hold IN TRUST for the uses
and purposes and subject to the terms and provisions thereof,
including any alterations or amendments thereof or any other
intervivos trust which may hereafter be substituted therefor.
IV.
Any fiduciary under this will shall have the following powers
in addition to those vested in them by law and by other provisions
of my will applicable to all property whether principal or income,
including property held for minors, exercisable without Court
approval, and effective until actual distribution of all property:
A. To retain any and all of the assets of my estate, real or
personal, without regard to any principle of
diversification of risk.

B. To invest in all forms of property including stock,
common trust funds and mortgage investment funds without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania
fiduciaries as they deem proper, without regard to any
principle of diversification of risk.
C. To sell at _ public or private sale, to exchange or to
lease for any period of time any real or personal
property and to give options for sales, exchanges or
leases, for such prices and upon such terms or conditions
as they deem proper.
D. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or income
or partly to each as they from time to time think proper.
E. To compromise any claim or controversy.

F. To distribute in cash or in kind or partly in each.
G. To hold property in their names without designation of
any fiduciary capacity or in the name of a nominee or
unregistered.
V.
Except as otherwise may be provided in my wife' s will or trust
or in any other trust, all Federal, estate and other death taxes
payable because of my death on the property forming my gross estate
for tax purposes, whether or not it passes under this will shall be
paid out of the principal of my probate estate so that the burden
falls on my residuary estate and none of those taxes shall be

charged against any beneficiary. The provision concerning payment
of taxes shall not apply to generation-skipping taxes and any
property over which I have a general power of appointment for
Federal estate tax purposes .
VI.
I appoint the Orrstown Bank, my daughter, Pamela J. Roberts,
and my son, Richard M. Singiser, as co-executors of this my will .
VII.
No bond shall be required of any fiduciary hereunder in any
jurisdiction.

last will and testament, consisting of six typewritten pages, the
first three of which bear my signature in the margin for the
