Plaintiff, CITIFINANCIAL SERVICING LLC (the"Plaintiff'), is registered to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and having an office and place of business at 1000 Technology Drive, O'Fallon, MO 63368. 2. The property herein after described was owned by John M. Glace and Jody Z. Glace a/k/a Jody G. Glace a/k/a Jody Glace, his wife,by virtue of a Deed dated November 1, 1988,recorded January 12, 1989 in Deed Book T33, Page 573. The Deed is attached hereto as Exhibit"A" and made a part hereof. The said Jodi Z. Glace a/k/a Jodi G. Glace departed this life on August 18, 2010, whereupon,title vested in Defendant John M. Glace. 3. Defendant, John M. Glace, (the "Defendant"), is an adult individual and upon information and belief, resides at 1 E. Main Street, Shiremanstown, PA 17011. 4. On March 28, 2003, in consideration of a loan in the principal amount of$65,856.57, Defendant John M. Glace and Jody Z. Glace a/k/a Jodi G. Glace aka Jody Glace, Deceased Mortgagor and Real Owner, executed and delivered to CITIFINANCIAL, INC. a note(the "Note") with interest thereon at 10.3092 percent per annum,payable as to the principal and interest in equal monthly installments of$649.08 commencing May 2, 2003. The current interest rate is 9.8100 percent per annum. The Note is attached hereto as Exhibit`B"and made a part hereof 5. To secure the obligations under the Note, Defendant John M. Glace and Jody Z. The Mortgage secures the following real property(the"Mortgaged Premises"): 132 Brindle Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. The Defendant is in default of his/her obligations pursuant to the Note and Mortgage because payments of principal and interest due October 2, 2013, and monthly thereafter are due and have not been paid, whereby the whole balance of principal and all interest due thereon have become due and payable forthwith together with late charges, escrow deficit(if any) and costs of collection including title search fees and reasonable attorney's fees. 9.
