due the said Silver Spring Township Authority, said Claim filed against property owned y you
in Silver Spring Township, located at 11 Bayberry Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 7050,
as more particularly described in said Claim, and said property being further described i the
Office ofthe Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed ook
140, Page 1031, tax parcel #38-21-0289-081, owned or reputed to be owned by you;
AND WHEREAS, we have been given to understand that said Claim is still due
unpaid, and remains a lien against the said property;
