STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND" is
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with B & R Construction Service,
Inc" for curb and sidewalk replacement at their facility located at 51 West Simpson Street, i
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania known as Brethren House,
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution ofthe principal Contract, and b fore
any authority has been given by the said HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY 0
CUMBERLAND to the said B & R Construction Services, Inc. to commence work on the aid
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said Co tract
with B & R Construction Services, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar to be aid by
the Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file su h liens
being expressly waived,
