ARTICLE
I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses including my gravemarker and all
expenses of my last illness that my Executor or Executrix is obligated to pay, shall be paid from
my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the
administration of my estate.
ARTICLE II
I direct my Executor or Executrix to pay all inheritance, transfer, estate and similar taxes
(including interest and penalties) assessed or payable by reason of my death on any property or
interest in property which is included in my estate for the purpose of computing taxes. My
Executor or Executrix shall not require any beneficiary to reimburse my estate for taxes paid an:
property passing under the terms of this Will or otherwise.
ARTICLE III
I bequeath my automobiles, household and personal effects and other tangible property
of a like nature (not including cash and securities) together with any existing insurance thereon
to my wife, SALLY A. LYNCH, provided she shall survive me by thirty (30) days. Should my
wife, SALLY A. LYNCH, predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth (30th) day following my

death, I bequeath such items of tangible personalty and the insurance thereon to my children,
PATRICK JAMES LYNCH and JENNIFER ELIZABETH LYNCH, to be divided between them by my
Executrix in as nearly equal shares as practical.
ARTICLE IV
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate, to my wife, SALLY A. LYNCH, provided she survives me by thirty
.(30) days. Should my-wife, SALLY A. LYNCH, predecease me or die on or.before.the thirtieth
(30th) day following my ,death, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate of every nature and wherever situate, to my children, PATRICK JAMES LYNCH and
JENNIFER,.ELIZABETH LYNCH, in equal shares. Should any such child predecease me, then his
or her share shall pass per stirpes to any issue of that child, in equal shares. If my deceased
child has no living issue, the portion of my estate otherwise reserved for my deceased child shall
be distributed to my surviving child, and in the absence thereof, to any grandchildren that I may
have.
ARTICLE V
I nominate and appoint my wife, SALLY A. LYNCH, as Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament, and require that said Executrix serve without bond. In the event that the above-
named Executrix,shall, for. any reason, fail to qualify, or having qualified, failed to complete the
administration of my estate, I nominate.and appoint NANCY SLASEMAN, Executrix of this my
Last Will and Testament and require that she serve without bond.
ARTICLE VI
In the event that I am survived by minor children and my wife shall have predeceased me,
I nominate and designate JOSEPHINE DRAWBAUGH,to serve as guardian for my minor children,
i giving to said guardian all the rights, powers and privileges devolving thereupon by operation of
law. Said guardian shall serve without posting any bond.

ARTICLE VII
Should any person hereunder be entitled to share of my estate and not have attained the
age of twenty-five (25) years at the time of distribution to him or her, I devise and bequeath said
share to FULTON BANK, in separate trust, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the shares so
received, and the accumulation of income thereon, and to use and apply the income and
principal, or so much thereof, as, in Trustee's sole and absolute discretion, that may be
necessary or.appropriate for the beneficiary's support and education (including trade school and
college education; bothgraduate and undergraduate) taking into consideration,other,a"ssets.and
income available to said beneficiary for his or her support or education, and to make payments
for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the beneficiary, to any person taking care
of the beneficiary, or to any school or trade school. Any principal or income not so used or
applied shall be distributed to the beneficiary absolutely when he or she attains the age of
twenty-five (25) years. If he or she dies before attaining the age of twenty-five (25) years, the
trust shall terminate and the remaining principal and any accumulated income shall be distributed
to his personal representative.
ARTICLE VIII
Should the principal of any trust herein provided for be or become too small in the
Trustee's discretion, so as to make establishment or continuance of the trust inadvisable, the
Trustee may. make immediate:distribution of the then remaining principal and any accumulated
or undistributed income.outright to the beneficiary. If the beneficiary,is then a minor, distribution
may be made to the guardian of said child. Upon such termination, the rights of all persons who
might otherwise have an interest as succeeding income' beneficiary remainder shall cease.
ARTICLE IX
I direct that the interest of the beneficiaries named hereunder shall not be subject to
anticipation, or to voluntary or involuntary alienation.

ARTICLE X
I direct that any Trustee, or their successor, shall not be required to give bond for the
faithful performance of their duty in any jurisdiction.
